“ I got the shrimp Po'boy, with the chefs special sauce, absolutely delicious! ”
“ Visited twice in March. Friendly, helpful service, food quality is excellent. Had gumbo, pasta and artichoke dip. All superb. Also great choice of local beers. ”
“ What a neat, cozy little place off the beaten path. The food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch. If you are here, it's a must go, and if we get back through, we will be back. ”
“ First time eating here and had their cheese burger. It was one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. I would recommend it to anyone and would drive 5 hours to eat here again without hesitation. ”
“ If you’re a foodie, finding yourself in the Mississippi Delta, check out Levon’s. My first time here, I decided to try the Blackened Catfish with grits. I had never had grits before, and I became an instant fan. Since then, I’ve liked other grits (and find that not all grits are worthy of your liking of course, but nothing compared to this meal. I also had the Buffalo shrimp. So good! I just visited this place for the second time, and I had to go back to the Blackened Catfish with grits, again, and it was so rich and flavorful. This time, we had the fried green tomato appetizer, topped with shrimp, and it was SO GOOD! Again! The owners take such great care and consideration here. It’s obvious that they pour their hearts and souls into this place. The service was also superb. If you’re coming here during an event or festival, keep in mind that the wait anywhere will likely be long, but I can guarantee you that it’s worth it here. ”
“ Had a great time. The decor was just what I expected from a cool bluesy place in a bluesy town. My daughter had the burger and fries and she nearly cleared her plate. I had the fettuccine with shrimp and sausage and a cream sauce, fantastic. My wife had the risotto balls with bacon and cheese also great. Had the craft beer which was picked from a good selection, a definite surprise for a small town. The place was clean and entertainment excellent. Will drive the five hours again just for the experience. Thanks man for having a great place for foodies who like blues. ”
“ The food was outstanding, wonderful shrimp and grits, superb blackened catfish. Everything we ate was excellent, highly recommend. Service could have been quicker but it was really friendly. ”
“ We have had a few meals around Tennessee and Mississippi and tonight’s dinner was AMAZING. Lovely Catfish and a special starter of mushrooms was great. Draught beers were terrific. Lastly, catered for a GF member of the group and wasn’t let down. Thanks ”
